You have been accepted into a selective program designed to transform early sketches into competitive portfolios for admission to top schools such as DASH, FIU, UM, FAMU, UF, and beyond. From this point forward, you and your family will have access to professional mentorship, a tailored project plan, and the focused guidance needed to build a portfolio that truly stands out.

1. MEDIA RELEASE I give permission for my child and me to be photographed and filmed during the architecture class. These materials may be used for educational and promotional purposes by the Kids Architecture Program (KAP).

2. KAP POLICY & WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGMENT I acknowledge that the complete Kids Architecture Program (KAP) Policy will be provided to me separately following my confirmation of participation. This Policy will include, but is not limited to, provisions on student conduct, the use of tools and materials, safety requirements, and waiver agreements. I understand that I will have the opportunity to review and sign these documents upon receipt prior to the start of classes.

3. TUITION PAYMENT

I acknowledge and agree to pay the monthly tuition fee via Zelle using the email address office@kap-usa.com as follows:

$880 for individual classes (calculated as $220 per class)

$440 for group classes (calculated as $110 per class)

Tuition must be paid in advance by the 1st day of each month. The first payment (for October) is due no later than September 27th, the date of the initial complimentary meeting.

4. TOOLS & MATERIALS FEE

I understand that a detailed list of required tools and materials will be provided separately. This may involve either the purchase of specific items or reimbursement for tools purchased by KAP. The final list will be determined after the first meeting with the instructor, based on the student’s current level and the instructional strategy deemed most beneficial for the student.
