2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR ENROLLMENT Weekly architecture studio within the KAP academic program. Students develop architectural thinking through drawing, model making, spatial inquiry, and progressive design study. TUITION & CONTINUITY Monthly tuition is processed automatically to maintain continuous enrollment, support advance planning of instruction and materials, and preserve each student’s place in the studio. A valid payment method must remain on file while enrollment is active. Families may conclude enrollment by providing written notice to info@kap-usa.com at least two weeks before the beginning of the following month. Cancellation Policy
KAP ENROLLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY Enrollment remains active and the student’s place in the studio is reserved while monthly tuition payments remain current. Tuition is processed automatically using the payment method on file. The program is structured around four scheduled studio sessions per month. In months containing a fifth occurrence of the regular class day, one date will be designated as a KAP Academic Planning Day, with no student session scheduled. These days support curriculum preparation, instructional planning, material coordination, and the continuity of the academic program. Scheduled studio sessions and Academic Planning Days are identified through the KAP academic calendar. Families wishing to conclude enrollment must provide written notice to info@kap-usa.com at least 14 days before the beginning of the following month. Notice received after this period will take effect for the subsequent billing cycle. Tuition is not prorated or refunded for student absences or missed classes. Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by law or when KAP cancels a scheduled session and does not provide an appropriate make-up, credit, or alternative arrangement. A valid payment method must remain on file while enrollment is active. If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, KAP may contact the family to resolve the account before continued participation. By completing registration, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to these enrollment and payment terms.
